Self-Exclusion Framework

Cv666 provides formal safeguards to support responsible gambling, including Time-Out and Self-Exclusion options. This page sets out how these safeguards operate, who may initiate them, the effects on access and funds, and how to revoke or extend the period.

Time-Out (short break)

Time-Out is a temporary suspension of all Cv666 activity for a user-defined period. Once activated, you will be unable to log in, place bets, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or access any Cv666 products for the duration selected in the Account Profile. Time-Out can be revoked only after a minimum of 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated unless a separate Self-Exclusion is in place.

Self-Exclusion (extended break)

Self-Exclusion provides a longer-term pause of all Cv666 activity. When you initiate Self-Exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot log in or access any products. Deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the duration of the chosen period. In addition, promotional material is suppressed during the Exclusion. Self-Exclusion can be started via the Self-Exclusion option in your profile or by submitting a formal written notice from your registered email to Cv666. The selected exclusion period is fixed and cannot be altered during the period. The system will display the available durations at the time of selection.

Upon receipt of a Self-Exclusion request by email, Cv666 will initiate a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no further gambling activity is allowed and the account remains closed. After the cooling-off period, the remaining specified Self-Exclusion durations are presented for final confirmation. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the request may be treated as withdrawn and the account will be reopened at Cv666’s discretion.

Extending or Modifying Self-Exclusion

Existing Self-Exclusion can be extended for additional periods on request to Cv666 Customer Care. Extensions are subject to Cv666’s absolute discretion and must be approved before the current period ends. The original exclusion duration cannot be shortened during an active period.

Effects on Funds and Promotions

  • During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the duration of the period.
  • Account access is blocked and no gameplay is permitted across all Cv666 products.
  • Promotional materials are paused for excluded accounts.

Financial Protections and Account Limits

During account setup or at any time, you may set self-imposed limits (for example, daily spend, wagering limits, or session duration) in the My Account area. If you exceed any configured limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Any request to set, revise, or revoke a limit or exclusion must be made in writing or by electronic notice to Cv666. Cv666 will consider such requests at its absolute discretion and may deny them. Cv666 will take reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion rules are observed and will not send promotional materials to excluded users. The operator assumes no liability for continued activity by users who attempt to circumvent Self-Exclusion by creating alternate registrations or altering registration details, or by receiving promotions inadvertently.

Revocation and Reactivation

Time-Out revocation can be requested only after the minimum 24-hour period from the initial Time-Out. For Self-Exclusion, revocation prior to the expiration of the selected period requires a written or electronic revocation notice to Cv666. Cv666 will review such requests and may approve or deny them in its absolute discretion. Upon expiry of the Self-Exclusion period, the account will be automatically reactivated unless another exclusion remains in force. If a revocation is approved, Cv666 will confirm reopening by electronic confirmation.
